Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order or part order transaction before it is shipped, please do so immediately via email or telephone. Cancellations made via telephone and email will be timed at time of reading and the not sending or receipt time stamp. You will not be charged any fee’s whatsoever and your payment method will also be cancelled or fully refunded. If the order has been shipped then obviously the post shipment cancellation will apply.
If the order has been already dispatched you may cancel your order up to 7 working days from when you receive your item.

Items Lost in Post
We are unable to report an item as missing until fifteen working days after the original shipment day. So unfortunately until this time has passed we will not be able to refund or replace the item until 15 working days from original shipment date has passed.

We are dedicated to ensure that you get the best possible service from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased from simply return the item back to us in an unused and original condition and within 7 days of purchase.
Any items purchased from may be returned for a refund or replacement or within 7 working days from receipt of delivery.

Before sending any items back to us please contact us. Include some details in your return parcel such as the reason for the return including whether you will prefer an exchange or and whether the item has been used at all.
Whilst any of our goods are in your possession you must take good care of them and ensure that any item for returned must be received back in = original shipped and unused condition this also includes the original undamaged packing. The reason for this is because since we do not manufacture are items for sale therefore the whole product & packaging included must be returned as the same condition as you would have received. If the product and/or packaging is in any way damaged or parts missing we cannot refund your payment, as the item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale so all original packaging should accompany all returned item. All items will be inspected on their return to our warehouse. So for the reasons above we cannot accept returns for refund or even exchange if such items have been opened from a sealed package.
Since you or your carrier (Royal Mail, DHL etc) are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. The cost and also risk of return will be at your expense so for this reason we strongly recommend opt for proof of posting recorded parcels such as Royal Mails Recorded Signed for parcels.
All items returned no matter what the reason shipping fee’s cannot be refunded. For exchanged items you will be charged for re-delivery if you have returned the same order more than once. We always try to make refunds fast as possible and usually are within one week of receipt back to us however please be re-assured that all refunds within a maximum 7 calendar days from receipt of goods to our warehouse. Should an item be returned & received after 7 calendar days we will have no obligation to refund.

Please note that seven working days from receipt of delivery will be classed as the date from when your shipment is received by you.

All prices are correct at time of publication and reserve the right to change any price at any time without notice. Should a product price decrease since an original purchase we are not obligated to refund the difference.

Should a product be unavailable or out of stock we may after prior consultation ask if a replacement product with a similar or higher value be acceptable, however you may agree or reject this offer. If this not be acceptable upon receipt, you may return the item/items for full refund including shipping fee’s, return shipping fee’s are liable to the customer and also a £10 restocking / admin fee for each returned items. Alternatively 1 Free exchange will be given or size replacement would also be accepted (subject to stock / size availability). All goods remain the property of until paid for in full.
